The Leadership Committee representatives for the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, state and local agencies have indicated they will accept the Leadership Committee's evaluation and approval findings as stated in the U.S. Forest Service letter.
