Developing subordinate employees
is a critical function leaders must perform. Without proper opportunities
to learn new job skills, face new challenges, or grow within an organization
many employees will never reach their full potential. As a leader you
have a responsibility to your followers and to your organization to
pass your knowledge on
to pay back your mentors by paying forward.
